Zen2B2 ("we", "us") provides free, browser-based business tools at zen2b2.com. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the site and the tools, and what choices you have.
Every tool on Zen2B2 (invoice maker, shift planner, expense tracker, CV builder, and the rest) runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type is either kept only in memory for that session or saved to your browser's localStorage so your draft is still there if you come back — it is never uploaded to a Zen2B2 server, because Zen2B2 does not have a backend that receives it. Clearing your browser's site data for zen2b2.com removes it permanently.
When you use a "Download PDF" button, the PDF is generated locally in your browser (via the html2pdf.js library) and saved directly to your device — it does not pass through our servers either.
We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how many people visit the site, which tools are popular, and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to identify you personally.
Zen2B2 shows ads served by Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. This may include personalized advertising unless you opt out.
Your choice, by region. If you visit from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, advertising and analytics storage stay off until you make a choice in the cookie banner. Everywhere else they are on by default, and the banner lets you turn them off. The banner offers three options: Accept all, Analytics only (measurement on, advertising cookies off), or Reject all. Ads are not shown on this Privacy page or on the Terms page.
Our use of the AdSense cookie enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your prior visits to zen2b2.com and/or other sites on the internet.
Cookies on Zen2B2 come from Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above. We do not set our own first-party tracking cookies. Your cookie-banner choice itself is remembered in your browser's localStorage (key zen2b2_cookie_consent), not in a cookie, so the banner doesn't ask again on every visit. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will reappear. Clearing or blocking cookies may affect ad personalization but will not affect your ability to use any tool.
Zen2B2 is a business-tools site intended for freelancers, tradesmen, and SMEs, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
