Zen2B2 ("we", "us") provides free, browser-based business tools at zen2b2.com. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the site and the tools, and what choices you have.

The short version: the data you type into a tool (invoices, shift schedules, CVs, expense entries, etc.) is saved only in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and Google AdSense to show ads, both of which use cookies — details below.

1. Data you enter into a tool

Every tool on Zen2B2 (invoice maker, shift planner, expense tracker, CV builder, and the rest) runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type is either kept only in memory for that session or saved to your browser's localStorage so your draft is still there if you come back — it is never uploaded to a Zen2B2 server, because Zen2B2 does not have a backend that receives it. Clearing your browser's site data for zen2b2.com removes it permanently.

When you use a "Download PDF" button, the PDF is generated locally in your browser (via the html2pdf.js library) and saved directly to your device — it does not pass through our servers either.

2. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how many people visit the site, which tools are popular, and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to identify you personally.

3. Google AdSense & advertising cookies

Zen2B2 shows ads served by Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. This may include personalized advertising unless you opt out.

You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.
You can also opt out of a number of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising via aboutads.info.

Our use of the AdSense cookie enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your prior visits to zen2b2.com and/or other sites on the internet.

4. Other third-party services

Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com.
CounterAPI — an anonymous, non-personal page-view counter used to track which tools are most used.
html2pdf.js — a client-side library (loaded from a CDN) used to generate PDFs directly in your browser; no document content is sent to that CDN.

5. Cookies

Cookies on Zen2B2 come from Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above. We do not set our own first-party tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so may affect ad personalization but will not affect your ability to use any tool.

6. Children's privacy

Zen2B2 is a business-tools site intended for freelancers, tradesmen, and SMEs, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
