Zen2B2's calculators and generators (payroll, tax, break-even, contracts, etc.) are provided for convenience and general business use. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, tax professional, or lawyer. You are responsible for verifying that any figures, contracts, or documents produced meet your specific legal, tax, or regulatory requirements before relying on them.
Anything you type into a tool (invoice line items, resume content, contract details, etc.) belongs to you. As described in the Privacy Policy, it's stored only in your own browser and Zen2B2 never receives or stores a copy of it.
Zen2B2 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Calculations are provided in good faith but you should double-check results before relying on them for financial, legal, or tax decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen2B2 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools, including any loss of data, business, or profits.
The Zen2B2 name, branding, and the tools' underlying code and design belong to Zen2B2. Documents you generate with a tool (your invoice, resume, contract, etc.) are yours to use freely.

We may update these terms or any tool at any time. If terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
