Zen2B2 is a collection of free business tools and reference pages for small businesses, freelancers and independent creators. It is built and run by Şenol Şahan, founder of SubverseLab, from Türkiye. There is no company behind it beyond that, no investors, and no sales team.

Who makes it

My name is Şenol Şahan. I was born in 1990 and I have twenty years of experience in the food-service industry. Since childhood I have been drawn to computer technology, to building websites and to digital audio workstations, and throughout my life I have tried to make that work part of how I live rather than a hobby kept on the side.

When it became possible to build a team out of AI agents, I put serious effort and labour into developing platforms like SubverseLab and Zen2B2. Behind Zen2B2 there is a long queue of further tools and ideas. In a technology world that keeps growing, many things that once looked impossible now take the fastest route from idea to working example; I follow that with excitement, and I present Zen2B2 with respect.

What you can hold me to: every reference page on this site states its formula, and every mistake you report is corrected and logged on the updates page. Twenty years in a service business is also why the tools start from the paperwork a small business actually handles, rather than from what a spreadsheet can do.

Why the tools run only in your browser

Every tool on this site (invoice maker, quotation and purchase order generators, the shift planner, the calculators, the PDF and image utilities) runs entirely on your device. Nothing you type is sent to a server, there is no account to create, and there is no "pro" tier waiting behind a limit. If a tool saves anything, it saves to your own browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time. This is a design decision, not a marketing line: the site is static files served from a content network, and there is no backend that could receive your data even if we wanted one. The Privacy Policy describes the two exceptions, Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and how to opt out of both.

How the reference pages are produced

Beyond the tools, the site has three reference collections: pricing math, business documents and creator rates. These pages are generated from data files, and that is worth explaining, because generated pages have a bad reputation and deserve it when they are built to game search engines.

Here is what generated means on this site. The numbers come from a formula that is printed on the page; the tables are computed from that formula; the explanatory text is drawn from a pool of paragraphs written by hand, each of which must carry the page's own figures; and before anything is deployed an automated check refuses the build if two pages share a paragraph, if a page has fewer than 400 words of explanation outside its tables, if two pages overlap by more than 45% of their eight-word sequences, or if any link is broken. The creator rate cards go further and state on every page that the rates are the site's own model, not surveyed market data, so that nobody mistakes an estimate for a benchmark.

When a page is wrong, it is corrected and the correction is recorded on the updates page. If you find an error, the contact page explains what to send.

What the site is not

How the site is funded

The tools cost nothing to use and there is nothing to buy. The site is intended to be supported by display advertising through Google AdSense; ads, where they appear, are marked as such and never influence what a page says. Hosting costs are paid by SubverseLab.
