Zen2B2 is run by one person, so there is no ticket system and no chatbot. Write to the address below and a human reads it. English and Turkish are both fine.
Replies usually go out within two working days. If you are reporting a broken tool, the message is read the same day.
What to write about
- A tool does not work. Say which tool, which browser and device you used, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. Known problems are listed on the updates page, so check there first.
- A number on a reference page looks wrong. Every page in the pricing, documents and creator collections states its formula and assumptions. Quote the page URL and the figure you disagree with; if you are right, the page is corrected and the correction is noted on the updates page.
- A guide you would like to see. The most useful requests describe the decision you were trying to make, not just the topic.
- Privacy or advertising. What the site collects is described in the Privacy Policy; questions that the policy does not answer can be sent to the same address.
What we cannot help with
Zen2B2 does not give legal, tax or accounting advice for your specific situation, and does not review documents you have created with the tools. The reference pages explain how a calculation or a document works in general; a decision about your own business belongs with your accountant or lawyer.

Most questions about how a tool works are already answered in the Help Center, which has a short FAQ for every tool, and each tool page has a step-by-step guide below the tool itself. The All Tools A–Z page lists everything on the site.
